I do believe he is a good doctor but I was truly disappointed with the vaccination experience for my baby. I am not sure if this should be attributed to the doctor or the hospital. If there is a way I can give thumbs up to my consultation experience separately, I would have done so.I went for 7th month vaccination which was just influenza shot. Even before consultation, nurse came with the prescription to buy vaccine which was surprising as up until then, vaccine is prescribed only after clearing the baby. When the vaccine amount was high, we were surprised as it was only supposed to be influenza. But with vaccine bought, we went to see the doc where we asked if it’s just influenza and he said no we are doing typhoid as well. He said your book is outdated (trust me it’s been only 7 months since the baby was born), now typhoid should be given btw 6-12 months and we at cloud nine give it at 7th month..we weren’t too sure abt it but we are not experts and doctor is saying this and he has not given us an option to think about it coz we were told to buy the vaccination before consultation. So this is my problem here. We are coming here for our baby’s immunisation and we want the best for her but there is a level of trust that needs to be established and that was not there. If doctor is going outside the book, shouldn’t the parents be aware of it before purchasing the vaccination. Then the parents can actually digest that information and probably ask for time to wait on this particular vaccine, just saying. I went ahead and checked couple of my relatives *** ******** *********** **** *** ********* *** ***** *** ******* ******* ** **** ****** * **** ***** *** ******** *** ******** ******* ************ ***** *** ******* ******* ** ** **** ****** ** *** ******** ********** **** *** ** ***** ***** ******* ** **** * **** ******* **** ** ******** ******* ******* ******** *** **** ********* ** ***** ******** **** * *** ****, atleast we need to be informed of the decision. Now my baby never had fever after vaccinations before *** **** **** *** *** **** **** ****** ******** *** ******* ********* *** ***** ******* ****** **** ***** **** * ******* ** ***** *** ***** But I am sensible enough not to write a bad review bcos of common side effects of vaccine but I truly believe if he had consulted first and told she needs typhoid vaccine now as opposed to the immunisation chart of India and convinced us, it would have been a different story. No this they told while they were opening the vacc medicines. I kind of feel buying the medicine before consultation was a way for them to expedite the consultation but with kind of premium consultation charges they levy on us, though ours might be a straight forward vaccination consultation, we really wish it was handled better.

My wife was diagnosed with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during her 4th month and had major breathlessness everyday post evening hours. Due to her pregnancy most of the top pulmonologist could not start her treatment except for giving nebulization remedies, which did not give much relief. She is definitely an extraordinary doctor and went beyond her protocol to help, support and guide us from Day 1. It was our 8th month and we started consulting Dr. Sandhya, my wife was in bad shape by then due to her COPD issues and complete lack of sleep at night. I was more worried about my wife and DR. Sandhya was definitely god in disguise whom we happened to consult all of a sudden, and from then there was no looking back. She is one of the most efficient gynecologist I have ever encountered and best part was she was always reachable 24 / 7 to guide us. This was our 2nd child and my wife delivered successfully under the able supervision of Dr. Sandhya M R. It was a very complicated case, with all chances of complications like drop of oxygen level, breathing issues. Dr. Sandhya M R confidently planned well in advance and was all prepared to face all scenarios. She got few emergency equipment procured from nearby multi-specialty hospital, regards to pulmonology support. However with god’s grace, delivery was hassle free and we owe a lot to Dr. Sandhya M R for same. Thanks a million times to Dr Monika yadav maam. We are grateful and blessed to have consulted with her for our high risk pregnancy. We had experienced preterm miscarriage in 2020. Post which we started consultation with Dr Monika and we did see lot of positivity during the course of our second pregnancy in 2021. Though this time again we had issues of short cervix but with doctor's advice and her pure dedication and true efforts we continued till 34th week and delivered healthy baby boy in jan 2022. On every single occasion where her strict decision had to be made ,she did and that helped seriously for our better being. I had a high-risk pregnancy and my gynecologist Dr. Monika Yadav was an absolute godsend throughout the entire process. From the moment I first met with her, I felt completely at ease and confident in her abilities. She was incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic towards my condition, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had.

When it came time to deliver my twin girls in November 2022, she worked tirelessly to ensure that both babies were delivered safely and without complications. I truly believe that her expertise and dedication to her work are the reason why I have two healthy, happy babies today.

*** ** **** *********** *** ******* **** ********* ** ********. My experience - This is my 2nd pregnancy, based on my NT scan, she recommended going for a NIPT test and the report was negative. She told everything is fine, nothing to worry about. When I did my anomaly scan in the 20th week of pregnancy, some soft marker was still there, we were very worried and needed honest & clear counseling. Then she is telling us that NIPT doesn't make sense as the fetal fraction count is less and the baby has a chance of chromosomal abnormalities and we don't have any options now. She made us cry the whole night and was worried and stressed for 2 weeks. ** **** *** *** * * ***** ******* **** ******* ******* * *** ******** ******* **** **** *** **** ** ******** *** ******* ** ***** ****** *** **** ** **** *** ***** ** ** **** ** ** **** ***** *** ** *** ** ******* ***** **** **** ****** *** ******** **** **** ** *** ******* ***** ***** **** **** ********* *** **** ******* ** ******* ** ********** * *** ****** ** *** * **** ********* ****** *** *** **** *** *** ** ***** **** *** **** ******* * ******* **** **** This was our mistake and I would never want anyone to go through this experience.

My wife visited this hospital for UTI and was consulted by Dr. Julie Thomas. Given the intensity of the problem, I took her straight to emergency, where she was made to wait for 20 minutes before anyone attended to her. Is that what you call emergency care? The doctor who did attend in emergency 20 minutes late was consulting some other doctor on phone before writing her prescription. Such is the state of their emergency department and doctors.

After she was referred to the Dr. Julie Thomas, my wife complained about pain in stomach, vomiting, and weakness. The doctor ****** ** ******** *** ****** said these things don’t happen in UTI. Like, seriously? Even after the patient is telling you that she is suffering from all that and you ignore it. **** * *************** ****** **** ******** **************** ** *** ********* *** ******* ***** *** ****** ******* ******* *** ******** ** ********** ******* ********** *** **** **** ** *** *** ****** ** *** ************ ** *** ***** **** * **** *********** **** **** ** *************** ** *** ******* ********* *** it was disappointing and frustrating. Never going to Cloud nine again and never recommending anyone I know either.

I met Dr. Sophia in Cloudnine hospital for fertility treatment.. I had heard a lot about her from my colleagues and read about her reviews.. She is really an amazing doctor with a midas touch.. I had visited many doctors before for my fertility issue but I didn't get any result.. As per my reports, doctor suggested IVF for me and I conceived in my first cycle itself.. Thank u so much mam.. U r like a God to me.. I would everyone with similar problem to meet her..
